RMC Research in Portsmouth, NH is expanding its workforce of education research associates. We are looking for candidates with advanced degrees and a range of content expertise, field experience, and skills.

Candidates must have

 content expertise in one or more of the following:

• PreK-12 mathematics education
• PreK-12 reading
• Early Literacy / Family Literacy
• Evaluation and Research
• Second Language Learning
• School Reform and No Child Left Behind legislation;

field experience as a technical assistance provider, researcher, policy consultant, or program evaluator; and

skills in oral and written communication, scientific research study design and implementation, project management, problem solving and analysis, client relations, proposal writing, product development, or group facilitation.

We conduct research and deliver technical assistance – offering the support, knowledge, and products to help professionals understand the intricacies of their work and do their jobs more effectively.

We conduct program evaluations - assisting educators in formal and informal settings and program service providers as they take stock of their work and make improvements.

People at RMC have the ability to lead a project or to serve in support of one or more projects. Staff members often work on a range of contracts at one time and learn to manage them simultaneously. Some work on projects that require substantial travel.
